About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Bridge the gap between strategy and execution for internal communications
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive internal communications strategy that aligns with Cielo’s business goals
  • Audit and modernize communication tools and tech stack (intranet, collaboration platforms, newsletters)
  • Champion Cielo’s values by crafting inclusive communications that celebrate our diverse workforce
  • Lead the strategy and management of global employee recognition initiatives
  • Act as a trusted advisor to the C-suite and regional leadership
  • Lead communication efforts for organizational changes
  • Curate compelling stories that highlight employee success, innovation, and client impact
  • Establish metrics to measure the effectiveness of internal communications and employee sentiment

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 8-10+ years in Corporate Communications or Internal Communications
  • At least 3 years in a leadership role within a global, matrixed organization
  • Proven experience managing communications across multiple time zones and cultures (NAM, APAC, EMEA, LATAM, PHL)
  • Understand the difference between 'global consistency' and 'local relevance'
  • Strong track record of driving inclusion through language and communication strategies
  • Experience implementing or maximizing modern engagement tools (e.g., SharePoint, Viva Engage, Global All Hands, employee advocacy platforms)
  • Capable of presenting to the Board and drafting a detailed employee newsletter
  • Understanding of leadership communication and interactions, experience of effective governance, partnership and influence
  • Established reputation, credibility and able to work in a matrix organization effectively
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong proficiency in comms and digital engagement tools
  • Strong proficiency in interpreting data to draw meaningful communication
