Key responsibilities & impact

Bridge the gap between strategy and execution for internal communications
Develop and execute a comprehensive internal communications strategy that aligns with Cielo’s business goals
Audit and modernize communication tools and tech stack (intranet, collaboration platforms, newsletters)
Champion Cielo’s values by crafting inclusive communications that celebrate our diverse workforce
Lead the strategy and management of global employee recognition initiatives
Act as a trusted advisor to the C-suite and regional leadership
Lead communication efforts for organizational changes
Curate compelling stories that highlight employee success, innovation, and client impact
Establish metrics to measure the effectiveness of internal communications and employee sentiment

Requirements

What you’ll need

8-10+ years in Corporate Communications or Internal Communications
At least 3 years in a leadership role within a global, matrixed organization
Proven experience managing communications across multiple time zones and cultures (NAM, APAC, EMEA, LATAM, PHL)
Understand the difference between 'global consistency' and 'local relevance'
Strong track record of driving inclusion through language and communication strategies
Experience implementing or maximizing modern engagement tools (e.g., SharePoint, Viva Engage, Global All Hands, employee advocacy platforms)
Capable of presenting to the Board and drafting a detailed employee newsletter
Understanding of leadership communication and interactions, experience of effective governance, partnership and influence
Established reputation, credibility and able to work in a matrix organization effectively
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Strong proficiency in comms and digital engagement tools
Strong proficiency in interpreting data to draw meaningful communication
