About the role

  • Lead and manage financial operations across our Client's Food vertical in the EMEA region.
  • Focus on driving financial performance and optimizing profitability.
  • Support decision-making processes, ensuring the alignment of financial strategies with overall business objectives.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a commercial finance role, with a minimum of 10 years in a finance position within a multinational or regional organization.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights for non-financial stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated experience in financial modeling, forecasting, and performance analysis.
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills, with experience leading diverse teams across geographies.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
  • Must be able to interact effectively with senior executives.
  • Proficiency in financial software tools (e.g. One Stream, Hyperion, SAP, Power BI) and advanced Excel skills.
  • Fluent in English (verbal and written skills are essential).
