About the role

  • Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand unique job requirements and align sourcing efforts
  • Review and post job adverts on specialized job boards to attract target candidates
  • Review and process applications across platforms in a timely manner
  • Utilize online platforms, social media, and networking to identify and connect with potential candidates
  • Implement traditional, creative, and targeted candidate attraction strategies (mobile and email campaigns, cold calling, recruitment marketing)
  • Cultivate and grow talent communities for current and future hiring needs
  • Engage potential candidates through personalized outreach and events to build interest
  • Conduct and present market research on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability
  • Pre-screen candidates to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit
  • Share market and candidate insights with hiring groups and consult on sourcing strategies
  • Promote the employer brand and highlight company strengths and career opportunities
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and sourcing activities in ATS and other tools
  • Stay updated with sourcing best practices and tools to improve effectiveness
  • Foster diversity and inclusion by sourcing candidates from diverse and underrepresented backgrounds
  • Identify process improvement opportunities within the talent sourcing function

Requirements

  • High School diploma required; bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field preferred
  • Successful completion of the Sourcing Foundation training
  • 3 years’ experience in sourcing or recruiting required
  • Deep understanding of and sourcing experience in specific industry/markets
  • Proficiency in specialized sourcing techniques (X‑Ray, Advanced Boolean, data mining, extensions, aggregators)
  • English and German fluency required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong research and market analysis skills
  • Ability to handle candidate data accurately, confidentially, and in compliance with data protection regulations
  • Capability to manage multiple sourcing tasks and priorities and meet deadlines
  • Creative problem-solving aptitude for sourcing challenges
  • Continuous learning about industry trends, sourcing best practices, and technologies
  • Strong focus on achieving sourcing targets
