About the role

  • Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand unique job requirements and align sourcing efforts
  • Review and post job adverts on specialized job boards and process applications timely
  • Utilize online platforms, social media, networking, cold calling, recruitment marketing, mobile and email campaigns to identify candidates
  • Build and cultivate talent communities and maintain an engaged pipeline of specialized talent
  • Engage with candidates through personalized outreach, networking events, and communication channels
  • Conduct market research on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability and present findings
  • Pre-screen candidates for qualifications, experience, and cultural fit before presenting to hiring team
  • Share market and candidate insights with hiring groups and consult on sourcing strategies
  • Promote the employer brand and opportunities for career growth
  • Maintain accurate records in ATS and other tools; stay updated on best practices and sourcing tools
  • Foster diversity and inclusion by sourcing diverse and underrepresented candidates
  • Identify process improvement opportunities within talent sourcing

Requirements

  • High School diploma required; bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field preferred
  • Successful completion of the Sourcing Foundation training
  • 3 years’ experience in sourcing or recruiting (required)
  • Deep understanding of and solid sourcing experience in specific industry/markets
  • Proficiency with specialized sourcing techniques (X-Ray, Advanced Boolean, data mining, extensions, aggregators)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong research and market analysis skills
  • Ability to handle candidate data with accuracy, confidentiality, and data protection compliance
  • Ability to manage multiple sourcing tasks and priorities, meeting deadlines
  • Creative problem-solving for sourcing challenges and strong focus on achieving sourcing targets
  • Continuous learning about industry trends, sourcing best practices, and emerging technologies
  • Language requirements: German and English speaker
