About the role

  • Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand unique job requirements and align sourcing efforts
  • Review and post job adverts on specialized job boards to attract target candidates
  • Review and process applications on all platforms in a timely manner
  • Utilize sourcing methods (online platforms, social media, networking) to identify and connect with candidates possessing required niche skills
  • Implement traditional, creative, and targeted candidate attraction strategies (mobile/email campaigns, cold calling, recruitment marketing) to build talent communities
  • Engage potential candidates through personalized outreach, networking events, and communication channels
  • Conduct and present market research on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability
  • Pre-screen candidates to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit
  • Share market and candidate insights with hiring groups and consult on sourcing/hiring strategies
  • Promote the employer brand and highlight career growth opportunities
  • Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and sourcing activities in ATS and tools
  • Stay updated with sourcing tools and techniques and suggest process improvements
  • Foster diversity and inclusion by sourcing from diverse and underrepresented groups

Requirements

  • High School diploma required; bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field preferred
  • Successful completion of the Sourcing Foundation training
  • 3 years’ experience in sourcing or recruiting (required)
  • Deep understanding of specific industry(ies) and solid sourcing experience in those markets
  • Proficiency in specialized sourcing techniques (X‑Ray, Advanced Boolean, data mining, extensions, aggregators)
  • Fluent in English and Portuguese
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong research and market analysis skills
  • Ability to handle candidate data with accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with data protection regulations
  • Capability to manage multiple sourcing tasks and priorities and meet deadlines
  • Creative problem-solving and aptitude to address sourcing challenges
  • Continuous learning about industry trends, sourcing best practices, and emerging technologies
  • Strong focus on achieving sourcing targets
