About the role
- Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand job requirements and align sourcing efforts
- Review and post job adverts on specialized job boards
- Review and process applications across platforms in a timely manner
- Use various sourcing methods (online platforms, social media, networking) to identify candidates with required skills
- Implement targeted attraction strategies (mobile and email campaigns, cold calling, recruitment marketing) to build talent communities
- Engage potential candidates through personalized outreach and networking to build interest
- Conduct and present market research on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability
- Pre-screen candidates to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit
- Share market and candidate insights with hiring groups and consult on sourcing strategies
- Promote employer brand and highlight career opportunities
- Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and sourcing activities in ATS and tools
- Stay updated with industry best practices, sourcing tools and techniques
- Foster diversity and inclusion by sourcing from diverse and underrepresented groups
- Identify process improvements within the talent sourcing function and suggest innovations to enhance efficiency
Requirements
- High School diploma required; bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field preferred
- Successful completion of the Sourcing Foundation training
- 3 years’ experience in sourcing or recruiting required (deep industry-specific sourcing experience)
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Proficiency in specialized sourcing techniques (X‑Ray, Advanced Boolean, data mining, extensions, aggregators)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong research and market analysis skills
- Ability to handle candidate data accurately and in compliance with data protection regulations
- Ability to manage multiple sourcing tasks and priorities, meeting deadlines
- Creative problem-solving and aptitude for addressing sourcing challenges
- Continuous learning about industry trends and sourcing best practices
- Strong focus on achieving sourcing targets
