• Engage potential candidates through personalized outreach and networking to build interest
• Conduct and present market research on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability
• Pre-screen candidates to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit
• Share market and candidate insights with hiring groups and consult on sourcing strategies
• Promote employer brand and highlight career opportunities
• Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and sourcing activities in ATS and tools
• Stay updated with industry best practices, sourcing tools and techniques
• Foster diversity and inclusion by sourcing from diverse and underrepresented groups
• Identify process improvements within the talent sourcing function and suggest innovations to enhance efficiency
