About the role
- Lead and manage Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central implementation projects (discovery, design, planning, configuration, testing, deployment).
- Work directly with clients to understand user and system requirements and identify required enhancements or customizations.
- Document business processes, business requirements, and functional specifications.
- Configure and implement Business Central applications in customer environments.
- Manage client expectations, guide the project team, and ensure excellent customer experience.
- Provide functional support throughout the full project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with developers on solution design, development, and testing.
- Conduct functional testing and validate delivered solutions.
- Prepare user documentation and support users during training and go‑live.
Requirements
- Strong functional knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
- Experience working directly with clients in a consulting or implementation environment.
- Ability to analyze business processes and translate them into functional requirements.
- Experience working in a fast‑paced, project‑driven environment.
- Strong communication, problem‑solving, and analytical skills.
- Upper‑intermediate or higher level of English.
- Previous experience with Dynamics NAV (Nice to Have)
