About the role

  • Lead and manage Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central implementation projects (discovery, design, planning, configuration, testing, deployment).
  • Work directly with clients to understand user and system requirements and identify required enhancements or customizations.
  • Document business processes, business requirements, and functional specifications.
  • Configure and implement Business Central applications in customer environments.
  • Manage client expectations, guide the project team, and ensure excellent customer experience.
  • Provide functional support throughout the full project lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with developers on solution design, development, and testing.
  • Conduct functional testing and validate delivered solutions.
  • Prepare user documentation and support users during training and go‑live.

Requirements

  • Strong functional knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
  • Experience working directly with clients in a consulting or implementation environment.
  • Ability to analyze business processes and translate them into functional requirements.
  • Experience working in a fast‑paced, project‑driven environment.
  • Strong communication, problem‑solving, and analytical skills.
  • Upper‑intermediate or higher level of English.
  • Previous experience with Dynamics NAV (Nice to Have)
