About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Register students and refer them to selection processes for internship and apprenticeship opportunities, issuing referral letters via the internship management system.
- Manage the return of internship documents using daily reports generated by the internship management system, keeping files organized and up to date for future reference.
- Notify students to collect internship-related documents, ensuring their legal validity.
- Advise students, educational institutions and companies on the internship and apprenticeship programs, providing information based on current legislation.
- Analyze and register internship or apprentice vacancies by contacting partner companies to match client needs with the open opportunity profiles.
- Issue internship agreements or Learning Commitment Agreements (Termo de Compromisso de Aprendizagem) after company confirmation and presentation of approved students' personal and academic documents; issue contract addenda when there are changes.
- Request discounts, extensions or cancellations of institutional contributions in cases of incorrect charges or address changes.
- Receive and verify interns' attendance sheets from partner companies to ensure accuracy in stipend calculations.
- Send interns' attendance sheets to the Stipend Payment department for processing.
- Support the Customer Service Consultant by assisting with debt negotiations to ensure high-quality internal and external service.
- Prepare monthly reports on competitor winbacks, new business, visits conducted, negative variances, prospecting and other commercial metrics to assist supervision in evaluating and optimizing the sales force.
- Monitor reports related to rejected payments, making necessary corrections to enable confirmation of stipend credits into interns' bank accounts.
- Advise interns and companies, when requested, regarding stipend payments.
- Provide assistance to companies and interns regarding personal accidents and activation of insurance policies, guiding them on required documentation and procedures.
- Issue receipts and invoices for company contributions after receiving and verifying attendance sheets.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed secondary education (High School diploma)
- Experience providing customer service to internal and external stakeholders
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and/or G Suite, especially Excel or Google Sheets, and Canva.
