About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Respond to students regarding the BEEM Program.
  • Update client records.
  • Record internship program data, keeping the database up to date.
  • Direct customers to the relevant pages of the Portal according to requested services.
  • Clarify customers' questions about products and services.
  • Provide service to and register new clients.
  • Assist with maintaining the database (client registration).
  • Provide technical product information.
  • Provide support to clients via email, phone and WhatsApp with information about processes.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Currently enrolled in a higher-education program in Business Administration, a Technologist degree in Marketing, Human Resources Management, Advertising and Public Relations, or related fields.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and/or G Suite is required, with ease working with computerized systems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential, along with the ability to handle tasks that require concentration.
  • Must have at least one year remaining until graduation.
