About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Planning, management and control of the portfolio of active and inactive clients;
Prospecting new clients in the assigned region by engaging educational institutions with the aim of establishing partnerships so that their students can compete for internship and apprenticeship opportunities;
Conducting consultative service engagements to offer targeted service solutions;
Contributing to partner organizations' compliance with apprenticeship and internship legislation.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree completed;
Own vehicle and valid driver's license (CNH) – category B;
Flexible working hours and availability to travel for partner visits required;
Experience in client prospecting for service offerings;
Experience in consultative client service;
Must be aligned with social responsibility initiatives.
