About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Assist students, companies, and educational institutions with registration and promotion of opportunities.
Update client records;
Enter internship program data, keeping the database up to date;
Direct users to the relevant pages on the Portal according to the services requested;
Clarify clients' questions about products and services;
Provide customer service and register new clients;
Assist in maintaining the database (client registration);
Conduct technical promotion of products;
Respond to client inquiries about processes via email, phone, and WhatsApp.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Currently pursuing a university degree in Business Administration, Marketing (Technologist), Human Resources Management, Advertising, or related fields;
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and/or G Suite and ease of working with computerized systems is required;
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to handle tasks that require focus are essential;
Must have at least one year remaining before graduation/available to intern.
