Intern – Operations Center, Business Client Support
CIEE - Centro de Integração Empresa-EscolaIntern at CIEE assisting in operational tasks such as client registration and opportunity dissemination. Responsible for updating client records and providing information through multiple communication channels.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assist companies with registration and promotion of opportunities.
- Update client records;
- Monitor and follow up on posted vacancies;
- Provide customer support via email, phone and WhatsApp to inform clients about processes.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing (Technologist), Human Resources Management, Advertising and Public Relations, or related fields;
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and/or G Suite and ease in using computerized systems;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a willingness to perform tasks that require focus;
- Must have at least 1 year remaining in your degree program/available for the internship.
