Recruitment and Selection Analyst – Junior
CIEE - Centro de Integração Empresa-EscolaRecruitment Analyst at CIEE overseeing recruitment and selection for internships and learning programs. Engaging with partners and providing information to candidates in São Paulo.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Monitor the usage levels of technical materials, psychological tests, group dynamics materials, and other supplies, maintaining minimum stock levels.
- Record in the designated system the candidates who were approved, rejected, or who did not attend selection stages, keeping follow-up information up to date.
- Provide guidance to the public (students, partners, institutions), supplying information about internship and apprenticeship programs based on current legislation.
- Execute the selection process, applying recruitment techniques, group dynamics, panels with hiring managers, and individual or group interviews to assess candidates' profiles against the job requirements.
- Participate in on-site selection processes at partner companies when necessary.
- Take part in CIEE and partner events to promote the organization and its activities and to attract prospective candidates.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Psychology and active registration with the Regional Psychology Council (CRP).
- Knowledge of recruitment and selection techniques, design and facilitation of group dynamics, creation and administration of case studies, competency-based interviews, and preparation of selection reports and opinions.
- Residence in São Paulo, SP or the surrounding region.
