Recruitment and Selection Analyst

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Monitor the usage levels of technical materials, psychological tests, group dynamics materials, and other supplies, maintaining minimum stock levels;
- Record in the designated system candidates who were approved, rejected, or who did not attend selection stages, keeping follow-up information up to date;
- Provide guidance to the public (students, partners, institutions), supplying information about internship and apprenticeship programs in accordance with current legislation;
- Conduct the selection process using recruitment techniques, group dynamics, manager panels, and individual or group interviews to assess candidates' profiles in relation to the job requirements.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Psychology with active CRP (Regional Psychology Council) registration;
- Experience in recruitment and selection, designing and facilitating group dynamics, preparing and administering case exercises, competency-based interviews, and preparing selection reports and opinions;
- Must reside in Vitória, Espírito Santo (ES).
