About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Monitor the usage levels of technical materials, psychological tests, group dynamics materials, and other supplies, maintaining minimum stock levels;
Record in the designated system candidates who were approved, rejected, or who did not attend selection stages, keeping follow-up information up to date;
Provide guidance to the public (students, partners, institutions), supplying information about internship and apprenticeship programs in accordance with current legislation;
Conduct the selection process using recruitment techniques, group dynamics, manager panels, and individual or group interviews to assess candidates' profiles in relation to the job requirements.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Psychology with active CRP (Regional Psychology Council) registration;
Experience in recruitment and selection, designing and facilitating group dynamics, preparing and administering case exercises, competency-based interviews, and preparing selection reports and opinions;
Must reside in Vitória, Espírito Santo (ES).
