About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as the guardian and steward of Business Architecture.
- Translate corporate strategy and strategic objectives into capability maps.
- Connect strategy, portfolio and execution.
- Work collaboratively with Enterprise Architects and IT.
- Support the definition and evolution of the operating model, organizational design and governance.
- Facilitate high-level strategic workshops.
- Support organizational and digital transformation initiatives.
- Act as a strategic advisor to executives and leadership.
- Use and evolve Enterprise Architecture tools.
- Promote a culture of architectural thinking and value orientation.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology or a related field.
- Advanced knowledge of Business Architecture.
- Long-term strategic and systemic perspective.
- Ability to influence without formal authority.
- Clear, structured executive-level communication.
- Analytical thinking, synthesis and decision-making skills.
- Thought leadership and a value-driven mindset.
- Advanced Business Architecture skills, including capability mapping, value streams, customer journeys, operating models and organizational design.
- Enterprise Architecture knowledge, with familiarity with frameworks such as TOGAF.
- Experience using Enterprise Architecture tools, such as LeanIX.
- Strong understanding of corporate strategy, strategic planning and execution.
- Familiarity with portfolio, product and investment management.
- Knowledge of organizational and digital transformation.
- Advanced ability to analyze strategic trade-offs.
- Skill in facilitating high-impact strategic workshops.
- Proven experience operating in complex, matrixed and regulated environments.
