About the role
- Register students and refer them to internship and apprenticeship selection processes, issuing referral letters through the internship management system.
- Manage the return of internship documents using daily reports generated by the internship management system, keeping files organized and up to date for future consultations.
- Notify students to collect internship-related documents, ensuring their legality.
- Advise students, educational institutions and companies, providing information about the internship and apprenticeship programs based on current legislation.
- Review and register internship or apprentice opportunities by contacting partner companies to match client needs with the profile of the open positions.
- Issue internship commitment agreements or Apprenticeship Commitment Terms upon company confirmation and submission of approved students' personal and academic documents for selection processes with partner companies; prepare amendment terms when changes occur.
- Request discounts, extensions and/or cancellations of institutional contributions in cases of incorrect billing or address changes.
- Receive and verify interns' attendance sheets from partner companies to ensure accuracy in calculating interns' stipends.
- Forward interns' attendance sheets to the Stipend Payment department for processing of internship stipends.
- Support the Customer Service Consultant by assisting in debt negotiations to ensure internal/external interface and maintain service quality provided by the institution.
- Prepare monthly reports related to competitor reversion (clients regained), new business, visits carried out, negative variances, prospecting and other commercial information to assist supervision in evaluating and optimizing the sales force.
- Monitor specific reports related to rejected payments, making necessary adjustments to enable confirmation of stipend credit to the intern's bank account.
- Advise interns and companies, when requested, regarding payment of internship stipends.
- Provide assistance to companies and interns regarding personal accidents and activation of the insurance policy, guiding them on required documentation and procedures to be followed.
- Issue receipts and invoices for company contributions after receiving and verifying the attendance sheets.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a university degree in Business Administration or related fields
- Experience in internal and external customer service
- Interest/affinity with the commercial/sales area
- Reside in Três Lagoas, MS or nearby region
- **Differential:**
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and/or G Suite.
