Prospect partnerships with private, public, and mixed-capital companies to implement the apprenticeship and internship program
Focus on expanding partnerships across the State of São Paulo
Maintain a portfolio of relationships with companies that run apprenticeship and internship programs
Lead and execute negotiation processes with different types of partner organizations and hierarchical levels
Ensure achievement of pre-established monthly targets agreed upon to maintain the program's sustainability
Generate qualified corporate leads for prospecting partnership agreements
Ensure scheduling of strategic meetings involving Coletivo Aprendiz management levels to formalize partnerships
Map and systematize networks of HR professionals across different social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others)
Represent our program at employability/job fairs
Have knowledge of relevant apprenticeship and internship legislation
Update the CRM weekly
