About the role
- Support the CINO in overseeing and tracking financial performance and KPIs across Global and Asia advisory teams
- Monitor and analyze financial reports, budgets, and operational metrics to provide strategic insights
- Prepare board presentations and consolidate information for senior stakeholders
- Serve as a key contact for board-related matters and executive-level communications
- Shape and execute the firm’s global innovation strategy; research events and secure speaking opportunities
- Create content and presentations for speaking engagements and thought leadership
- Act as liaison between the CINO and corporate services (finance, accounting, marketing, HR, operations)
- Oversee special projects, process improvements, and internal initiatives to improve operational efficiency
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive experience in strategy, operations, or advisory, ideally with exposure to both Japanese and global business environments
- Strong financial acumen and experience in performance tracking and business analytics
- Proven ability to manage executive-level communication and high-impact presentations
- Experience in global strategy, innovation ecosystems, and business development is highly desirable
- Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities; experience in thought leadership and public relations preferred
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Fluency in Japanese and strong English communication skills are required
