Channel Partnerships Director

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive channel growth through strategic partnerships
- Identify, onboard, and develop high-value partners
- Manage partner relationships and support revenue growth
- Deliver scalable partner programs
- Convert channel strategy into live, productive partner relationships
- Evolve existing partnerships and identify opportunities for growth
- Act as the primary point of contact for key partners
- Build long-term, trust-based relationships with stakeholders
- Own revenue targets or contribution from partnerships
- Identify new target partners and qualify them against agreed criteria
- Manage partner onboarding with internal coordination and launch planning
- Coordinate with Marketing for campaign support and referral messaging
- Track partner activity, pipeline, referrals, conversion and revenue contribution
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree or minimum of 10 years experience
- Specific experience managing client and or partner relationships and driving strategic growth preferred
- Experience working across a regional or global footprint in immigration, mobility or travel preferred
- Demonstrated track record of developing and implementing a consistent and cohesive approach to managing client and or partner relations and driving revenue growth
- Ability to apply information strategically, spot larger trends and risks and breaks it down tactical decision making
- Experience leading multiple concurrent projects
- Excellent interpersonal skills and global mind-set
- Strong collaboration within a matrix organization
- Strong communicator; experience delivering executive level presentations
- Demonstrated leadership skills with proven level of influence at senior level
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally approximately 25% of time
