About the role
- Manage and execute the full cycle of mandatory, legal, and regulatory trainings (needs assessment, planning, monitoring and reporting).
- Ensure compliance with deadlines, KPIs, and legal requirements related to training.
- Operationalize DHO processes, including:
- o Training tracking and administration
- o Vendor management
- o Recording and monitoring of payments
- o Organization of schedules, training cohorts and records
- Structure and organize training content (materials, learning paths, schedules).
- Adapt content for different formats (presentations, guides, interactive activities).
- Deliver training sessions when required, ensuring clarity and engagement.
- Support continuous improvement of the area’s processes, driving greater efficiency and standardization.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment and smooth execution.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
- Experience with LMS platforms.
- Experience working in companies with industrial operations.
- Knowledge of training metrics; strong proficiency in Excel.
- Experience with audits or regulatory controls.
