About the role

  • Manage and execute the full cycle of mandatory, legal, and regulatory trainings (needs assessment, planning, monitoring and reporting).
  • Ensure compliance with deadlines, KPIs, and legal requirements related to training.
  • Operationalize DHO processes, including:
  • o Training tracking and administration
  • o Vendor management
  • o Recording and monitoring of payments
  • o Organization of schedules, training cohorts and records
  • Structure and organize training content (materials, learning paths, schedules).
  • Adapt content for different formats (presentations, guides, interactive activities).
  • Deliver training sessions when required, ensuring clarity and engagement.
  • Support continuous improvement of the area’s processes, driving greater efficiency and standardization.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment and smooth execution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Experience with LMS platforms.
  • Experience working in companies with industrial operations.
  • Knowledge of training metrics; strong proficiency in Excel.
  • Experience with audits or regulatory controls.
