About the role

  • Develop, implement and manage the Communication Plan, strengthening reputation and building a positive brand perception among internal and external audiences
  • Manage communication projects aligned with culture, values and brand strategy, including positioning and tone of voice
  • Lead brand management, ensuring consistency and relevance in branding activities
  • Oversee external trade shows and events, from planning to execution, promoting the brand and strengthening relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Manage support materials for channels and Go-To-Market, ensuring alignment with commercial and communication strategies
  • Coach spokespeople and executives for positive exposure to the press and key stakeholders
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with the press and key stakeholders
  • Manage corporate crisis communication, protecting reputation and ensuring transparent communication with the press
  • Create narratives (storytelling) and coordinate the production of journalistic and corporate texts
  • Contribute to the development of brand positioning content
  • Manage internal communication channels (Intranet, corporate TV, etc.)
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and external suppliers
  • Adapt messaging for different target audiences
  • Monitor effectiveness indicators of communication actions
  • Research references and trends to drive innovative initiatives
  • Manage and control the department budget
  • Lead, develop and motivate the team, collaborating with various stakeholders

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Specialization, MBA or Master's degree in Communication, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing or related fields
  • 3 to 5 years of practical experience in this role
