- First point of contact for clients
- Support clients in their day-to-day banking needs
- Quickly resolve issues and provide personalized solutions
- Engage clients in meaningful interactions

- Work remotely with occasional on-site requirements
Requirements
- Fluent in French and English
- Ability to work independently as an Agent @ Home
- Wired Internet connection with minimum download speed of 15 mbps and upload speed of 10 mbps
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
- Strong knowledge of CIBC systems and products
- Experience in customer service or call center environment
