About the role
- Join CIBC’s Chat & Social Media Contact Centre team
- Support the Contact Centre strategic objectives
- Ensure an optimal client experience when using online and mobile banking channels
- Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, guidance and troubleshooting
Requirements
- Experience in having a typing speed of at least 50 WPM
- Fluency in French and English
- Ability to work independently in a private and quiet workspace
- Wired Internet connection capable of continuously supporting excellent call quality and high-speed response rate
