About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Deliver an exceptional client experience to support CIBC’s vision of leadership in client relationships and increased client loyalty.
Serve as the first point of contact at a CIBC Kiosk in Costco Warehouses and proactively engage clients to understand their needs and identify opportunities.
Complete sales of Chequing and Savings accounts, and provide high-level information on other products (e.g., mortgages, Investor’s Edge, registered products).
Refer clients for non-deposit account advice and servicing conversations to the appropriate Banking Centre.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience in a fast-paced sales and service environment, preferably in a financial and client service industry
Well-developed interpersonal and conversation skills to proactively engage clients.
Ability to work onsite full-time inside Costco warehouses with extended hours and rotational shift work Monday to Sunday between the hours of 9:00 AM and 8:30 PM
Must be comfortable with working on weekends and some statutory holidays.
Commuting between nearby Costco Warehouses is required as the kiosk location changes.
