About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • ensuring the quality and accuracy of financial plans created for clients
  • conduct comprehensive reviews of complex financial plans
  • providing constructive feedback and actionable recommendations to Financial Advisors and their Leaders
  • identifying gaps and opportunities in the planning process
  • contributing to the development of tools and training materials
  • actively participating in special projects that enhance operational effectiveness
  • building strong relationships with internal stakeholders

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • minimum of three years’ practical experience in financial planning
  • Personal Financial Planner (PFP) designation (required) or a Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation
  • in-depth knowledge of the financial planning process
  • strong focus on retirement plans
  • expertise in Defined Benefit, Defined Contribution, Hybrid Pensions, and Commuted Values
  • well-developed interpersonal, writing, and facilitation skills
  • resourceful and analytical
  • ability to solve problems, analyze complex financial information, and interpret data
  • ability to work collaboratively in team environments
  • strong adherence to values - trust, teamwork, and accountability
