About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide best-in-class service with high net-worth, self-directed investing clients
- Educate clients on relevant trading policies and procedures
- Handle a large volume of calls and execute trades according to client instruction
- Maintain critical accuracy and strive for zero trading errors
- Assist the Premium Edge team in maintaining service levels and existing client books
Requirements
What you’ll need- Current accreditation and good standing of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC)
- Current accreditation of Conduct and Practices Handbook (CPH) and Derivatives Fundamentals and Options Licensing (DFOL)
- Experience in Sales and Relationship Management
- Working knowledge of the Canadian and U.S. stock and bond markets
- Fluent in French and English
