Key responsibilities & impact

Work to become a trusted advisor / strategic partner to middle market and large corporate clients
Create and drive strategy to acquire and/or expand and retain client relationships
Identify product/service opportunities for other business units
Actively identifies and mitigates different types of risk
Provide direction to Associates and Sr. Associates in the preparation of internal portfolio monitoring reports
Maintain regular dialogue with clients to assess financial performance and recommend changes in risk ratings

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum of 10+ years experience as a Commercial Relationship Manager
Minimum of 5 years experience as a Business Developer
Bachelor's degree or higher
Formal credit training
