About the role
- Work closely with US TI&I Management and 2nd and 3rd lines of defense to manage risk practices
- Design, implement, manage and report on an Operational Risk based program for LOBs within US TI&I
- Lead Risk and Controls Self-Assessments (RCSAs) and Change Initiative Risk Assessments (CIRAs)
- Manage day-to-day deficiency and risk issue remediation, and design new controls
- Maintain risk and control inventory
- Lead, coordinate, and liaise between US TI&I LOB Management and other lines of defense
- Collaborate with business units to develop and monitor corrective action plans for Audit, Compliance, or regulatory examination findings
- Provide risk guidance in developing, reviewing and maintaining operational risk and compliance policies and procedures
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Audit/Enterprise/Risk Management/or Management Consulting
- Deep understanding of risk assessment framework
- Experience performing end to end LOB risk and controls self-assessments
- Strong working knowledge of regulatory requirements
- Solid project management skills
- BS or MS (Risk Management, Business, Finance or similar)
- Experience auditing LOBs within US Technology (asset)
- Data analysis and visualization skills using Excel or other analysis software
- Comfortable performing ad-hoc statistical analysis using Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, complex formulas
- Strong communicator with strong interpersonal, written, and oral skills
