- Research, design, and deliver engaging learning programs to support employee growth

Requirements
- Experience in designing successful e-learning, instructor-led, and self-guided training materials
- Extensive knowledge and application of instructional/information design principles
- Post-secondary education in Adult Education or Instructional Design (asset)
- Driven to succeed and motivated by accomplishing goals
- Engaged with a focus on people and diverse perspectives
- Demonstrates ownership and an ability to lead and deliver results
