About the role
- Ensure the efficient, accurate, and compliant processing of referrals
- Validate, track, and report high-volume referrals
- Review a large volume of referrals to ensure segment alignment
- Monitor outcomes and SLA adherence
- Identify, track, and resolve data discrepancies
- Liaise with internal teams to resolve referral issues
- Maintain confidentiality and accountability of sensitive information
Requirements
- Working knowledge of CIBC’s business activities and organization structure
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Initiative and self-managing skills
- Strong technical skills in software packages such as Microsoft Word, Power Point, Excel, Outlook
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong time management skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Experience with banking center operations
- Proficiency in French language is an asset
