About the role

  • Ensure the efficient, accurate, and compliant processing of referrals
  • Validate, track, and report high-volume referrals
  • Review a large volume of referrals to ensure segment alignment
  • Monitor outcomes and SLA adherence
  • Identify, track, and resolve data discrepancies
  • Liaise with internal teams to resolve referral issues
  • Maintain confidentiality and accountability of sensitive information

Requirements

  • Working knowledge of CIBC’s business activities and organization structure
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Initiative and self-managing skills
  • Strong technical skills in software packages such as Microsoft Word, Power Point, Excel, Outlook
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Strong time management skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Experience with banking center operations
  • Proficiency in French language is an asset
