About the role
- Accountable for managing all administrative aspects of Wood Gundy branch operations
- Oversee hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management of support staff
- Manage day-to-day branch operations and administration including maintaining office equipment and supplies
- Assist Branch Manager in performing Investment Advisor duties such as taking buy/sell orders
- Ensure customer service standards and operational procedures are maintained
Requirements
- Certified professional with Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct & Practices Handbook (CPH)
- Demonstrated experience in the financial service brokerage industry
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Passionate about people management and interpersonal skills
- Effective communication skills
- Problem solving skills sufficient to resolve issues and conflicts
