About the role

  • Respond to incoming inquiries/requests from credit card clients regarding disputes
  • Make outbound calls to resolve disputes and request additional information
  • Gather information per Visa and MasterCard regulations to support chargebacks
  • Request and send customer correspondence and follow up
  • Resolve credit card application inquiries and process credit limit changes
  • Participate in 5 weeks of training (in-class and on-the-job)

Requirements

  • Fluent in French and English
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to meet Agent@Home program requirements (secure workspace, wired internet 15 Mbps down / 10 Mbps up, attend primary work location within two hours’ notice)
  • Ability to work independently from home
  • Legal eligibility to work in specified location
  • May be asked to complete assessments (attribute-based, simulation, French proficiency, MS Office)
