About the role
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients regarding credit cards inquiries
- Assist clients in operations and inquiries related to credit cards
- Identify client needs and suggest solutions to achieve financial goals
- Support best practices by providing information and solutions on CIBC’s credit cards products and services
- Handle application and cancellation requests
Requirements
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as an Agent @ Home
- Secure workspace with a door that closes
- Wired Internet connection with minimum download speed of 15 mbps and upload speed of 10 mbps
- Flexibility in work hours between Monday to Friday 7:00AM to Midnight, Saturday-Sunday 7:00AM to 10:00PM
