About the role

  • Serve as the first point of contact for clients regarding credit cards inquiries
  • Assist clients in operations and inquiries related to credit cards
  • Identify client needs and suggest solutions to achieve financial goals
  • Support best practices by providing information and solutions on CIBC’s credit cards products and services
  • Handle application and cancellation requests

Requirements

  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently as an Agent @ Home
  • Secure workspace with a door that closes
  • Wired Internet connection with minimum download speed of 15 mbps and upload speed of 10 mbps
  • Flexibility in work hours between Monday to Friday 7:00AM to Midnight, Saturday-Sunday 7:00AM to 10:00PM
