About the role
- Reporting to Director or Senior Manager & Team Lead, Business Banking
- Providing exceptional client experience to new and existing clients
- Helping business clients meet immediate and long term goals
- Proactively manage and grow a portfolio of business connections
- Build relationships with Centres of Influence (COIs)
- Connect with existing and potential clients to identify opportunities
- Deliver trusted advice and financial solutions to meet client’s needs
- Heighten CIBC brand awareness in the community
Requirements
- 2+ years’ experience in Business Banking or Commercial Banking
- Strong knowledge of credit
- Cash management products and services
- Knowledge of business cash flow and financial analysis
- Completed an undergraduate degree/diploma in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Fluent in French and English
