About the role
- Act as a single point of contact for the Mobile Advisor
- Coordinate and execute the end to end RESL application process
- Work directly with clients to manage the client experience
- Achieve sales targets and key deliverables
- Support a dedicated Mortgage Advisor portfolio
- Identify and implement opportunities to improve efficiency
- Maintain professional relationships with multiple partners and clients
- Collect required information and documentation for Mortgage Advisor appointments
- Ensure regulatory compliance adherence
- Lead end-to-end pipeline management
Requirements
- Fluent in French and English
- Experience in customer service or a similar field
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of real estate lending policies and procedures is an asset
