About the role

  • Act as a single point of contact for the Mobile Advisor
  • Coordinate and execute the end to end RESL application process
  • Work directly with clients to manage the client experience
  • Achieve sales targets and key deliverables
  • Support a dedicated Mortgage Advisor portfolio
  • Identify and implement opportunities to improve efficiency
  • Maintain professional relationships with multiple partners and clients
  • Collect required information and documentation for Mortgage Advisor appointments
  • Ensure regulatory compliance adherence
  • Lead end-to-end pipeline management

Requirements

  • Fluent in French and English
  • Experience in customer service or a similar field
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of real estate lending policies and procedures is an asset
