About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Prospect and qualify new clients in the credit segment.
  • Conduct remote sales meetings and deliver consultative presentations of CIAL's solutions.
  • Identify business opportunities and support the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing.
  • Present CIAL solutions that help clients with credit analysis, risk management, and credit decision-making.
  • Negotiate commercial proposals strategically, aligning expectations and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, and customer success) to build tailored value propositions.
  • Perform regular follow-ups and keep the CRM up to date.
  • Monitor market trends and contribute to CIAL's competitive positioning.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum of 2 years proven experience in B2B consultative sales, specifically in credit, data, and SaaS solutions.
  • Proficient with CRM (Salesforce), able to prioritize leads, manage the pipeline, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong track record working with enterprise clients.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Consultative, analytical, and results-oriented profile.
  • Experience in the financial sector, a credit bureau, or technology companies focused on risk analysis.
  • Intermediate or advanced English.
