About the role
- Own and drive key engagement and conversion metrics, maintaining a deep understanding of our users' needs and pain points
- Build and analyze conversion funnels across the customer journey, from initial platform engagement to adoption of premium features
- Lead the strategic connection between Dunsguide and CIAL360 (decision platform), creating seamless workflows from customer and supplier discovery to risk assessment
- Work with data teams and the business services layer to define and implement the necessary API integrations and data-sharing protocols
- Partner with product marketing to develop and execute upsell and cross-sell strategies within the CIAL DNB ecosystem
- Drive product decisions through a combination of data analysis, user research, and market understanding
- Lead cross-functional teams, facilitate communication among stakeholders, and present strategies and results to senior management
- Contribute to product roadmap planning, ensuring alignment between growth initiatives and the company's broader objectives
- Mentor team members and promote best practices in product development
