About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Work on team and leadership development by creating and monitoring institutional training programs.
- Support the development and participate in the delivery of development programs for all levels.
- Report directly to the Training and Development Coordinator and indirectly to the Human Development Manager.
- Develop training programs for CIATC leadership.
- Deliver classroom-based institutional training.
- Update the development catalog and add new content.
- Plan the monthly schedule of institutional trainings.
- Maintain training records to generate data and monitor training performance indicators.
- Conduct training needs assessments for all job levels.
- Be responsible for the training of internal trainers/multipliers.
- Monitor and work to meet schedules for technical and launch (e.g., new site/store opening) trainings.
- Plan and execute all training logistics (coffee/refreshments, equipment, course materials/handouts, certificates, training passports).
- Control training costs according to the budget.
- Seek tools to improve training techniques.
- Develop partnerships for training and development.
- Participate in institutional communication.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Education (Pedagogy), or related fields in people development.
- Knowledge of instructional design.
- Content development tools: Canva, Photoshop.
- Experience with image and video editing.
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Knowledge of SAP.
