About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Work on team and leadership development by creating and monitoring institutional training programs.
  • Support the development and participate in the delivery of development programs for all levels.
  • Report directly to the Training and Development Coordinator and indirectly to the Human Development Manager.
  • Develop training programs for CIATC leadership.
  • Deliver classroom-based institutional training.
  • Update the development catalog and add new content.
  • Plan the monthly schedule of institutional trainings.
  • Maintain training records to generate data and monitor training performance indicators.
  • Conduct training needs assessments for all job levels.
  • Be responsible for the training of internal trainers/multipliers.
  • Monitor and work to meet schedules for technical and launch (e.g., new site/store opening) trainings.
  • Plan and execute all training logistics (coffee/refreshments, equipment, course materials/handouts, certificates, training passports).
  • Control training costs according to the budget.
  • Seek tools to improve training techniques.
  • Develop partnerships for training and development.
  • Participate in institutional communication.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Microsoft Office Suite
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Education (Pedagogy), or related fields in people development.
  • Knowledge of instructional design.
  • Content development tools: Canva, Photoshop.
  • Experience with image and video editing.
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Knowledge of SAP.
