About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible for building and managing the TikTok editorial calendar, monitoring trends, formats, influencers and relevant cultural movements on the platform on a daily basis
Liaison and management of video content delivery workflows with vendors, ensuring schedule organization, internal approvals and asset control
Development of creative briefs aligned with brand objectives and adapted to TikTok’s native language
Research of creative references for campaign videos
Organization, direction and editing of mobile shoots, ensuring speed, aesthetic consistency and adherence to trends
Close collaboration with other content and social media teams (Instagram, Twitter/X, YouTube, etc.), providing operational and strategic support for ad-hoc requests
Creation of copy and supporting texts, ensuring clarity and consistency in the platform’s tone of voice
Active participation in brainstorms and editorial meetings
Continuous monitoring of performance indicators to generate learnings and inform new content strategies
Support in preparing performance reports and result analyses
Liaison with agency and related departments
Mapping competitor activity and conducting benchmarks

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Journalism, Fashion, Design or related fields
Heavy social media user (across platforms)
Previous experience managing social media, with a solid repertoire of trends, mobile content capture and digital behavior
Excellent writing skills and a keen eye for tone of voice
Familiarity with editing tools such as CapCut
Organized, collaborative and hands-on, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, approval workflows and vendor relationships
Proficiency with Google Workspace (Slides, Sheets, Docs)
