About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Plan, create, optimize and scale performance campaigns focused on acquiring new users (installs) and on in-app engagement/sales (re-engagement and e-commerce conversion).
Manage substantial budgets across Google Ads (Google App Campaigns), Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Apple Search Ads (ASA), RTB and similar platforms.
Operate AppsFlyer to monitor the funnel, handle campaign attribution and analyze in-app events such as add_to_cart, purchase and first_open.
Monitor user behavior and the purchase journey by correlating data from AppsFlyer, GA4 and Firebase.
Ensure accurate interpretation of KPIs such as CPI, CPA, ROAS, LTV, CAC and Retention Rate (MAU/DAU).
Propose and execute continuous tests of creatives, audiences and ad formats to maximize investment efficiency.
Build dashboards and executive presentations that unify media and attribution data, generating insights and strategic action plans.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Previous experience in Performance Media with proven experience managing campaigns focused on Mobile Apps.
Practical expertise with attribution tools (MMP), including AppsFlyer: event configuration, raw data reporting and cross-channel attribution.
Advanced proficiency in Google Ads (App Campaigns), Meta Ads, TikTok Ads and mobile ad networks.
Strong ability to interpret data, perform cohort/retention analyses and translate technical metrics into actionable business decisions.
Experience with e-commerce/retail and an understanding of retail dynamics, seasonality and sales metrics (Average Order Value — AOV, Margin, ROAS).
Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets for data manipulation and cross-analysis.
