About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage and track the overall development timeline for collections, ensuring visibility of critical milestones, risks and dependencies;
  • Monitor the full product development cycle, ensuring adherence to deadlines, processes and area KPIs;
  • Lead the management of development stages, identifying bottlenecks, improvement opportunities and efficiency gains in processes;
  • Serve as the point of connection among areas involved in collection development, promoting alignment, priority negotiation and conflict resolution;
  • Actively participate in deadline and delivery negotiations, assessing business impacts and supporting agile, assertive decision-making;
  • Structure and update databases and monitoring materials for the GTM area;
  • Develop analyses and track strategic indicators, generating insights to support decisions and increase the collections' accuracy;
  • Consolidate and report executive status updates on the progress of collections to company leadership in a clear, objective and organized manner;
  • Support the evolution of the area's strategy, governance and rituals, contributing to continuous improvement of GTM processes.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience in project management, product development or operations in retail/fashion;
  • Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and in high-complexity environments;
  • Analytical, organized and results-oriented profile;
  • Strong executive communication and influencing skills;
  • Experience with metrics, timelines and end-to-end process tracking;
  • Knowledge of dashboard development and KPI automation (BI), with the ability to structure indicators, consolidate data and provide visibility to support decision-making;
