About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Strategic KPI Management: Diagnose and continuously monitor product performance indicators (Sell-Out, Margin, Inventory Turnover, Markup, and Stock Coverage), translating data into immediate action plans to optimize results;
  • Collection Planning: Structure the planning for future collections, defining assortment strategy and price point positioning, ensuring alignment with the brand strategy;
  • Market Research and Benchmarking: Analytically monitor fashion retail players, identifying consumer behavior trends, assortment gaps, opportunities, and pricing movements;
  • Management Reporting: Work with dashboards and analytical tools that provide the analytical basis to support business decision-making;
  • Corporate Communication: Prepare high-impact strategic presentations for peer teams, clearly defending product theses and commercial results;
  • Multichannel Influence: Act as a consultative interface with sales channels (Own Stores, Franchises, E-commerce, and Multibrand), serving as the link that ensures assortment adherence to each market's needs;
  • Product Lifecycle Management (End-to-End): Own and follow up on integrated processes, ensuring synergy between Styling, Sourcing, Marketing and Commercial areas, from collection conception to in-store execution;
  • Ownership Mindset: Serve as a technical and behavioral reference for the team and peers, driving a culture of autonomy, collaboration and results focus.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Fashion, or related fields;
  • Previous experience in collection planning, merchandising, or commercial intelligence in large fashion retail (experience in the women's segment is a plus);
  • Advanced Excel (mandatory); knowledge of Power BI or data manipulation tools is a competitive advantage;
  • Analytical profile with strong interpersonal and corporate communication skills;
  • Developed product sense (understanding of product, fabrics, patterns and commercial fit) is a competitive advantage;
  • Resilient, proactive attitude with a strong problem-solving orientation (ownership mindset).
