About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Work directly on the execution of marketing productions, overseeing all stages of the process from planning to delivery.
- Manage vendors, partners, and freelancers, ensuring quality of deliverables, adherence to deadlines, and production efficiency.
- Manage project production budgets, including cost estimates, purchase requests, invoice tracking, and budget control for the area.
- Connect and align requests between the Style, Merchandising, and Marketing teams, ensuring integrated and efficient project execution.
- Create schedules and monitor the progress of productions, anticipating risks and proposing solutions to ensure on-time delivery.
- Serve as a technical reference for the team, contributing best practices and supporting the continuous improvement of deliverable quality.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree completed in Journalism, Advertising, Public Relations, Fashion, Design, or related fields.
- Experience in marketing production, working at a creative agency, production company, or in-house studio.
- Experience managing end-to-end productions, including vendor management and budget control.
- Knowledge of Google Slides, Excel, and Google Sheets.
- Organized, proactive, and communicative profile with strong project management skills.
- Strong aesthetic sense and affinity with the fashion industry.
- Knowledge of or interest in Artificial Intelligence tools is a plus.
