Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and maintain KPIs to monitor project performance, ensuring data consistency and technical rigor;
Design, validate and refine algorithms, models and analytical methodologies focused on the company's operational efficiency;
Consolidate analyses and technical results into executive recommendations to support decision-making by management and the board;
Serve as a technical reference for the team, sharing knowledge and supporting the analytical development of junior professionals;
Ensure data governance through the extraction, processing and integration of information from different sources;
Identify continuous improvement opportunities in processes, indicators and analytical workflows;
Provide technical support for strategic projects, ensuring quality, reliability and analytical depth in deliverables.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Statistics, Data Science, Economics or related fields.
Solid experience (minimum 5 years) in data analysis, KPI development and analytical structuring of projects.
Advanced proficiency with BI tools.
Advanced knowledge of SQL and data manipulation.
Experience building performance indicators and conducting performance analysis.
