About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead and advance the management model for business units, raising the maturity level of planning cycles (strategic, tactical, and financial), performance monitoring, and executive governance
  • Act as a strategic partner to the board and business leaders, fostering close ties with the business, influencing decisions, anticipating market scenarios, and translating corporate challenges into executable strategic directions
  • Lead and develop the team under your management, encouraging autonomy, analytical thinking, systemic vision, and high performance
  • Develop and strengthen a data- and results-driven management culture, disseminating methodologies, best practices, and execution discipline among leaders
  • Lead the transformation agenda and results-oriented culture, influencing peers and executives to adopt advanced management methodologies and execution discipline in retail
  • Structure and run governance rituals, executive forums, and performance meetings, preparing critical analyses, executive materials, predictive insights, complex diagnostics, and consultative recommendations to correct course and mitigate critical risks
  • Orchestrate execution of the strategic roadmap and success metrics, fostering synergy across areas and focus on delivering value.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or related fields
  • Postgraduate degree in Business Management, Strategy, Finance, or related areas
  • Solid experience in leadership roles within Strategic Management, Business Performance, or Governance areas—preferably in large-scale retail, consumer goods, or strategic consulting
  • Deep experience managing KPIs, cascading targets, and monitoring results
  • Ability to prepare analyses and executive presentations to support decision-making
  • Experience with data architecture and fluency in reading corporate executive dashboards for predictive support (knowledge of BI tools)
  • Analytical profile, systemic vision, strong influencing skills, executive communication, and the ability to work closely with retail operations
