About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Portfolio Management: Structure, monitor and support the prioritization of the IT project portfolio, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Processes and Policies: Implement, update, document and audit IT governance policies and processes, ensuring compliance and continuous improvement.
Metrics: Monitor, update and present operational and managerial KPIs to teams and executive leadership.
Ticket Operations: Manage the lifecycle of requests, incidents and problems.
Critical Incidents: Actively lead the resolution of high-impact (crisis) incidents, ensuring SLA compliance and providing timely, assertive updates to executive leadership.
Technical Focal Point: Serve as a reference for support teams (L1, L2 and L3), ensuring adherence to industry best practices (ITIL/COBIT).
Knowledge Management: Disseminate and multiply knowledge about incident workflows across the company.
Platform Evolution: Lead the evolution and administration of IT service management tools, responsible for designing workflows, catalogs and service trees.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science or related fields.
ITIL 4 Foundation certification or higher, with practical experience applying IT service management best practices.
Experience working with multidisciplinary teams, key users and vendors, promoting alignment between business areas and technology.
Experience as a process facilitator, ensuring effective communication, collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
Strong analytical skills, critical thinking and problem-solving ability.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate technical requirements for different audiences.
Knowledge of IT governance and control frameworks, with experience or familiarity with COBIT.
