About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Portfolio Management: Structure, monitor and support the prioritization of the IT project portfolio, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Processes and Policies: Implement, update, document and audit IT governance policies and processes, ensuring compliance and continuous improvement.
  • Metrics: Monitor, update and present operational and managerial KPIs to teams and executive leadership.
  • Ticket Operations: Manage the lifecycle of requests, incidents and problems.
  • Critical Incidents: Actively lead the resolution of high-impact (crisis) incidents, ensuring SLA compliance and providing timely, assertive updates to executive leadership.
  • Technical Focal Point: Serve as a reference for support teams (L1, L2 and L3), ensuring adherence to industry best practices (ITIL/COBIT).
  • Knowledge Management: Disseminate and multiply knowledge about incident workflows across the company.
  • Platform Evolution: Lead the evolution and administration of IT service management tools, responsible for designing workflows, catalogs and service trees.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science or related fields.
  • ITIL 4 Foundation certification or higher, with practical experience applying IT service management best practices.
  • Experience working with multidisciplinary teams, key users and vendors, promoting alignment between business areas and technology.
  • Experience as a process facilitator, ensuring effective communication, collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
  • Strong analytical skills, critical thinking and problem-solving ability.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate technical requirements for different audiences.
  • Knowledge of IT governance and control frameworks, with experience or familiarity with COBIT.
