SDR Coordinator, Multibrand Channel

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Structure and lead the new pre-sales (SDR) area for the Multibrand channel (B2B), focusing on prospecting and qualifying commercial leads.
- Area setup: Build the area from scratch, defining structure, technologies, tools, and the SDRs' scope of activities.
- Leadership and development: Create, lead, train, and develop the SDR team, conducting weekly training sessions to improve technical skills.
- Performance management: Monitor individual and team performance through dashboards and productivity management.
- Prospecting strategy: Define and optimize prospecting strategies and outreach scripts to increase the volume of qualified opportunities.
- Reporting: Prepare and present weekly performance reports directly to senior management.
- Commercial interface: Act as the link between pre-sales and the sales representatives who will close orders.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales Management, or related fields.
- Experience: Proven experience leading pre-sales teams (SDR/BDR) and experience in the B2B market.
- Knowledge: Proficiency with CRM tools, active prospecting, and lead qualification methodologies.
- Behavioral competencies:
- Inspirational leadership and the ability to develop people.
- Strong organization and operational discipline.
- Strong results orientation and ability to meet aggressive targets.
- Good interpersonal skills to build relationships with key business areas.
