About the role

  • Support communication requests from the Technology, People (HR) and Finance directorates.
  • Develop the Communication Ambassadors Program.
  • Event production and coordination.
  • Propose materials for communication activations (e.g., internal marketing gifts for occasions such as Easter, Mother's Day, Father's Day).
  • Participate in the AZZAS working group.
  • Roll out the Group strategy, adapting it to the Basic business unit (Hering).
  • Design the action plan for the Census.
  • Promote affirmative action campaigns.
  • Contribute to cross-functional Affirmative Programs.
  • Track targets for Black and female representation in senior leadership.
  • General administrative tasks – contracts, liaising with the procurement team, and payment processing.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in progress or completed in Communication or related fields.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience organizing events and using layout/design tools.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ease in working with people.
  • Agile, proactive and dynamic mindset.
