About the role

  • Serve as the technical focal point for analytics, ensuring the quality, consistency, and reliability of analyses;
  • Contribute to leading projects and initiatives focused on customer acquisition, monetization, and retention;
  • Monitor and evaluate product and sales channel performance;
  • Develop presentations with analytical storytelling to make insights clear and accessible to different audiences;
  • Demonstrate clear communication and confidence in translating data into actionable narratives;
  • Conduct studies that support understanding of audience/customer behavior;
  • Define and track business KPIs;
  • Experience creating performance dashboards (a plus);
  • Apply logical reasoning with strong analytical skills;
  • Maintain effective communication with stakeholders and partner teams;
  • Work autonomously with a strong sense of responsibility and business acumen.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields;
  • Previous experience as a Data Analyst;
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint;
  • Solid knowledge of SQL;
  • Advanced experience with Power BI;
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies;
  • Knowledge of best practices in documentation and data governance.
