About the role

  • Provide ongoing support for the area's management system, ensuring the execution of planning cycles, monitoring and analysis of results.
  • Lead the breakdown of strategic goals and indicators, supporting the executive team in translating corporate priorities into actionable initiatives.
  • Design and oversee governance routines and executive forums, consolidating indicators, analyses and strategic guidance.
  • Support the execution of OKR and KPI cycles, including definition, monitoring, auditing and consolidation of results.
  • Develop executive materials and strategic presentations for performance monitoring and decision-making.
  • Monitor indicators, action plans and strategic deadlines, ensuring visibility and alignment among stakeholders.
  • Provide methodological support in results management, disseminating best practices and strengthening a performance-driven culture.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • Experience in goal management, performance indicators, OKRs or strategic governance.
  • Experience monitoring results and preparing executive materials.
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
